Sanskar Gallery® ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sanskar Gallery mobile application (the "App"), an online store for religious and spiritual products. We are based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India, and have served devotees since 1990. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to process your orders and run the store:

• Account details: your name, mobile number, and (if you choose to provide it) your date of birth, used to create your account and offer occasional birthday benefits.
• Order details: the products you order, delivery address, pincode, city, chosen delivery and payment method, and any delivery instructions you provide.
• Reviews: ratings and comments you choose to submit for products, shown publicly with the name on your account.
• Device notification token: if you allow notifications, a token that lets us send you order updates and offers. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.

We do not collect or store your payment card details, bank information, UPI PIN, or passwords in readable form. Passwords are stored only as a secured, irreversible cryptographic hash.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and log you in.
• To process, deliver, and track your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send order status updates and, where permitted, occasional offers.
• To display product reviews you choose to submit.
• To improve the App and our products.

How Your Information Is Stored

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers and databases operated by our hosting provider. Product and banner images are stored via a cloud image service. Notifications are delivered through the Expo push notification service. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the App. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the store — for example, with delivery partners to fulfil your order, or with service providers who host our systems — and where required by law. These parties may only use the information to perform services for us.

Your Choices & Rights

• You may update your name or account details from within the App.
• You may turn off push notifications anytime in your device settings.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see below).
• You may ask us what personal information we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
